How do I set up my rates, paint & materials?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, simply head to your subscriptions within your relevant app store account and hit cancel, if you're on a free trial then simply delete the app from your phone.

Can I have the app on more than one device?

Yes, you need to purchase the multi-device subscription then log into the other devices you wish to use, using the same account log-in details.

Can I add custom items and services to an estimate?

Yes, just head to "Add Extras" within the app, and create and categorise as many services or products as you like!

How does business analytics work?

The more you use the app, the more the data is used for you to track business progress so everything is done as you go using the data you enter.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel it's easy, if you're on a free trial just delete the app from your phone.

For iOS users head to "Settings", Tap your profile, Subscriptions, select SMART Estimator and cancel.
For Android, head to the "Playstore" app, Subscriptions, select SMART Estimator and cancel.

Can the app be used to create insurance estimates?

Yes, it is a misconception that specific systems must be used when creating an insurance estimate. SMART Estimator can and is being used to create insurance estimates. We cannot however speak for every insurance company out there so please check first.

What is SMART Quote and how does it work?

Simply send your unique portal link which can be found in the SMART Quote section of the app (or convert the link into a QR code for scanning) to your customers, they fill out the details and upload images of their damage, as soon as they have done this, anytime, anywhere you will receive an estimate request, making it easier than ever to serve your customers.
